Something About Browsers

It's been over a year since I dumped Internet Explorer in favor of Mozzila Firefox. Firefox is more reliable and actually allows faster browsing than Internet Explorer. Hmm, maybe I should say "was" more reliable. I downloaded the new Firefox 2.0 last Tuesday with the expectation that an upgraded browser would translate into a better one. While there is some improvement, the program has crashed on average 4 times every day since I downloaded it. Crashing problems were the same reason I dumped Internet Explorer to begin with. The only good thing about it is that after every crash you do have the option to "restore your session." In other words, Firefox can automatically load the pages you were viewing before the crash. Still, the frequent crashes are unacceptable. What's even stranger is that Mozzila doesn't seem to think there is a problem. They admit there have been "some" reports of crashes but claim they are isolated incidents. Some reports? I would like to know exactlly how many people have experienced the same problem with the new version of Firefox.
