Something About The Korean Language

I just read in The Korean Herald that, starting this August, all new migrant workers coming to Korea must pass a mandatory Korean language course. Interesting. Should Canada and the U.S. require mandatory English tests to foreign workers coming to their countries? I say "no way." Without foreigners with bad English we would have no television characters like "Apu" from The Simpson's or "Fez" from That 70's Show to make us laugh.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Immigrants to Canada do have to pass an english test. Don't worry though - both Apu and FEZ would have passed.

Yes, I know that's what Fez stands for. I love the show but I do have a couple of questions: What happened to Donna's sister(she appeared in one episode in the first season) and where is Laurie, Eric's sister? Laurie is supposed to be Fez's wife but is no where to be seen.
