Something About Cambodia

I've finished editing my pictures from Cambodia and put them on my site this morning: http://www.mikepeacock.com/cambodia/ . I regret not spending more time not only in Angkor but Cambodia as a whole. Some of the pictures didn't turn out right because of the sun. In other news, I'll be in Canada from September 22nd to October 6th. Finally, this is the 200th post on my blog. Have a good week!

Something More About Vietnam

I finally have my pictures from Vietnam on my web page. Unfortunately I'm still working on my Cambodia pictures. You can find my Vietnam pictures here:

Something About Vietnam

I arrived home from Vietnam at 7:00 Monday morning. I had a really good time, but I don't have the time to talk about it just yet. After arriving at my apartment at 12:45 p.m. I had enough time to take a shower, get dressed and do a little unpacking before going into school at 1:40. Needless to say, I'm exhausted. I'll try and write more by the end of the week. I'll also try and get my pictures up as soon as possible.

Something About Wishes

Be careful what you wish for. After 4 straight weeks of non-stop rain and flooding, the hot season has finally come to Korea. While it was only last week that I was wishing for the rain to stop, now after one day I'm wishing the hot season would end. It seems as if I don't like the rainy or hot season in Korea. While today's temperature is forecast to be sunny with a high of 29 C, the humidity will push that to about 35 C. I woke up at 3:00 this morning covered in sweat and have been unable to get back to sleep (it is now 6:11 a.m.). The one good thing is that my bath towel was actually dry when I woke up. During the rainy season I had to put up with damp towels pretty much every morning. On the up side, I'm traveling to Vietnam and Cambodia next week. While the trip will give me some relief from the Korean heat, I will be thrown into the Vietnamese rainy season. I can't win!
